为了庆祝教师节，表达对老师的感激之情，学校初中英语记者团策划了一次感恩教师的活动。

平日很少将感激的话语挂在嘴边的初中生们，其实他们对老师的感激之情满满。9月9日，记者团的学生们走进初中三个年级，邀请同学们提笔在精美的便签纸上写下对老师的祝福与感激的话语。记者团将部分祝福粘贴到精心绘制的展板上，让所有老师能够看到学生的祝福。记者团的学生们还走进办公室，拍下老师们的笑容与认真工作的身影，记录他们最美的样子！

三尺讲台，三寸舌，三寸笔，三千桃李；十年树木，十载风，十载雨，十万栋梁。“教师”二字所承载的不仅有幸福和光荣，更有艰辛和付出。祝福老师们节日快乐！

In China, September 10th is the Teacher’s Day, students usually write some articles to show their blessing, and this form is coming more and more general. In this Teacher’s Day, students in Beijing Foreign Language School used a very special way to express their mind, let’s see what they did.

Students in all Junior high school wrote special cards to show their pleasure, some of them wrote a Chinese one, and the other wrote in English. Although they all have a lot of school work, but none of them showed impatience, while they all put heart in their blessing. We picked some outstanding ones and that was a hard work as every card is characteristic, but we still made choices of them and we put them on the board near the elevator, which teachers always use.

After that we took some pictures of our teachers’ smiling face. In fact, all our teachers are not only delighted, but also very surprised; we had never talked to them about this special gift.

On this Teacher’s Day, we gave our teachers a very special gift, it motivated them to teach with more passion and it is a very valuable activity.
