聚焦学习,落实素养 ——初中英语组骨干教师示范课小结

——a brief review of the open classes by Junior High English teachers
本周,初中英语教研组共有三位老师进行了骨干教师示范课。老师们发挥备课组和教研组优势,集思广益,精益求精,为全组老师呈现了多节精彩的示范教学课程。其中吴梦娟老师的课在周一进行,张硕和刘娟老师的课都在今天早上完成。9月18日周三下午,全体英语教师在集体教研会上开展了评课活动,对这三节示范课进行了深入细致的讨论。
This week, English teachers Mengjuan Wu, Shuo Zhang, Juan Liu from the junior high section of BFSU Foreign Languages School put on three open classes as part of the 2019 Key Teachers’ Sample Classes Program, among which Ms. Wu’s class was delivered on Monday and the other two this morning, all in the recording room. All the English teachers in the Junior High English Teaching and Research Team gathered in Room 314 this afternoon to hold a seminar sharing feedback to the three classes as well as to discuss the research topic for the following weeks.

初三年级组张硕老师呈现的是一节阅读课,教学内容为Go for it 九年级第二单元 A Christmas Carol。本课以Charles Dickens的小说 A Christmas Carol为语言学习的载体,学生学习并运用语言,实现提升语言能力的目的,在课堂活动的设计中以指导学生使用阅读策略(inferring)和培养学生思维品质(mindmap)为主线,对学生进行生活教育和人生信念教育,做一个乐于分享,心系他人的人。

刘娟老师的授课内容是Go for it Book 5 Unit 2 I think mooncakes are delicious! Section A 的阅读文章Full Moon, Full Feelings。该文是一篇介绍中秋节的说明类小散文,语言简练而生动,贴近学生生活,因此课堂上主要采取以学生讨论,合作,比较,分析为主的体验式学习方式,充分挖掘学生对文本的理解,引导学生体会文章的语言,结构,逻辑和内涵之美;在阅读过程中一方面引导学生体会传统节日文化的魅力,一方面帮助学生培养分析鉴赏,评判思维,团队协作等能力,体现了在主题语境下利用语篇,渗透语言知识,语言技能,文化知识和学习策略的新课标理念。
Ms. Liu and her students read and analyzed an article taken from Go for it Book 5 Unit 2 I think mooncakes are delicious!Section A, entitled Full Moon, Full Feelings, which is a simple but vivid introduction of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Students are familiar with this topic and were therefore asked to discuss and present in groups their understanding of the festival and then to read the article and compare it with their own introduction in order that they can better appreciate the conciseness of the language, the close link in the layout, the inner logic of the content organization and the cultural connotation expressed in it. In class, students were steered to discover the meaning of the festival and to develop competences in reading, analyzing, reflecting and critical thinking.


紧接着在下午的教研会上,初中英语组全体教师积极讨论,踊跃发言,对本组的三节示范课分别从教师的教和学生的学等不同方面进行了详细而深刻的分析和评价。经过深入讨论,大家进一步明确了初中英语教学以学生为本,立足课堂,重视单元整体教学设计与课时教学设计的内在联系,重视培养学生核心素养的教学和教研目标。接下来,英语组将进一步推进教科研相结合的教研活动形式,在磨课,观课,评课的基础上,加强学习和分享,不断提升组内教师的自身知识储备和教育教学技能,为学生英语学习的进步引路。
After observing the open classes, all the English teachers in the Junior High English Teaching and Research Team gathered together and engaged in a heated discussion about how to improve teaching so as to involve the students in the learning process more effectively. The teachers also reached an agreement that all classes should be student-centered and that the overall unit teaching plan should be well designed to lead the detailed teaching plans of each period so that students’ English learning can be more systemized and competence-orientated.
