Eyes on the 10thForeign Languages Festival
Generally speaking, the foreign languages festival is very important for us, the students who are learning foreign languages. In the festival, we’ll have a lot of chances to strengthen our ability of writing and speaking foreign languages. It also supplies chances to show our daily achievement in foreign culture.
Specifically say, such as chorus competition, writing competition, drama competition, dubbing competition etc. Chorus is not only to raise up our art cultivation, but also enlarge our vocabulary through learning lyrics. The writing competition trains our writing level. The drama competition gives us the opportunity to perform.
All those above, I think, are interesting and important. And as you know, every coin has two sides. There are also some flaws in the festival. First of all, there is less communicating with foreign teachers and students. Besides, the festival is too short. Last but not least, there should be more literatures.
In short, to hold the foreign languages festival is a good way to help us in learning foreign languages. I’m looking forward to the next Foreign Languages Festival.
