Day 7 （第七天）

Today was finally the river walk I was waiting for. We went to Río Chillar to go hiking. We put on our rain shoes and Lilu helped me to pick a big stick with two pine cones on it.

The golden foot hill slopes curved up to the lofty, rocky Mountains of our walking site. On the other side of the river, the water was lined with wild trees and shrubs. Tall silver trees offered plenty of shade, and crystalline clear river water trickled over our feet. The water was warm too, for it slipped twinkling over the white sand in the sunlight before reaching nearby narrow pools. On the sandy bank, the trees and the leaves were so crispy. I enjoyed it so much that I forgot about all the pain I felt in my feet and legs due to the scratches from the bushes.

今天终于盼到了我最期待的一天-我们要光着脚沿河而下。我们要去Río Chillar远足。我们穿上了雨靴，Lilu给我找了个大棍子做手杖，上面还有两个松果。陡峭的山坡，弯弯曲曲耸入云霄。河对岸是整齐排列的树和灌木。银色的大树撑起了大片的树荫，晶莹剔透的河水从脚下流过去。因为流过了被暴晒过的沙子，河水暖暖的。沙滩上的树叶都被晒干了，踩上去发出清脆的声音，很治愈。我甚至忘了被灌木丛刮伤的疼痛。

When I walked with Lilu, there was a Spanish man who was working in Shenzhen. The smartest thing he said was when he was pointing at Lilu and said to me: “Are you sisters?” He praised our English and Spanish. Suddenly, he fell into the river while he tripped over a rock. Lilu helped him to get up. He was very grateful.

我们在河里走的时候，遇到一位在中国深圳工作的西班牙人。他竟然以为我和Lilu是姐妹。他还夸我们的英语和西语很好。他还很不幸地被河里的石头绊倒了。Lilu把他扶了起来，他很感激。

I remember Lilu saying to me: “You are not fast enough to catch up with the boys.” So, I started the journey by myself. After running past trees and torrents, climbing over huge rocks and hills, I began to feel extremely tired, but I never stopped my pace. Finally, I beat the other girls to become the winner. It was the effort of my daily exercise and aerobics in China that led to my success. Although the hiking was a little bit difficult and challenging nobody gave up. We needed to commend ourselves for that. And also, some boys helped the girls to carry their bags .Especially Lilu, she was the one who carried all the heaviest backpacks for the other students. She also took care of the girls who fell behind. We all need to learn from Lilu, who is willing to do so much to help others!

Lilu说我走得太慢了，跟不上那些男生。于是我加快了步伐甚至超过了所有的女生。结果我感觉特别累，但我还是没有停下脚步。我感觉对亏了我在中国时每天坚持做运动和健美操，才得以跑那么快。远足对我们每个人都是一项挑战。每个人都应该被表扬，包括在途中有些男孩子帮助女生背包。尤其是Lilu,她把所有重的行李都背在她身上，而且还要照顾走在后面的学生们。她真的非常热心，非常有爱！

Day 9 (第九天）

Today was our last day in Málaga. What an amazing feeling!

I had a cup of lemon with mint and a plate of crisps. I felt so cool with the refreshing taste of mint in my mouth with the taste of thick chocolate and sweet banana. Later, we walked around in a typical Spanish garden, with green fountains, bright flowers and a big cross. We bought some cool finger printings, which we finished in just a few minutes.

今天是在马拉加的最后一天，感觉不错！我喝了一杯柠檬薄荷茶，吃了一盘薯片。薄荷的清新和巧克力的浓郁，还有香蕉的甜味在我嘴里留下奇妙的感觉。我们还去了一个西班牙风格的花园。里面有绿色的喷泉，艳丽的鲜花和一个巨大的十字。我们买了一些不错的手指画，它们都是我们几分钟内画的。

I did an interview with our host family about their courses in Spain. It seemed that the American schools value music and technology much more than in Spain. But the most special thing about MIT were the language courses. They studied a variety of languages like English, Chinese, Spanish, German and maybe French at the same time. It sounds like a lot of work to do.

Ingrid’s crazy friend Ella came later in the afternoon. What a crazy girl! She was trying to recommend all kinds of makeup for me to put on. I refused to buy any of them. We later went to many bookstores in our town. I was beginning to worry if my suitcase would become too heavy.

我给我寄宿家庭的两姐妹做了个采访，主题与西班牙学校的课程相关。听起来美国的学校对音乐和科技课程的重视程度比西班牙高很多。但是在MIT，最特别的是他们的语言课程。他们同时开设各种外语课程，比如英语，中文，西班牙语，德语还有法语。他们一定有很多功课要做。

Ingrid的朋友下午来拜访。这是一个活泼乃至疯狂的女孩。她推荐了所有种类的化妆品给我尝试。但是我拒绝买任何一种。后来我们才去了镇上的书店。我有点担心我回程的行李会不会超重。

We had tapas for dinner. I love the crab ones. Just look at the photos, you will see how tasty they were! We went on a tour for night. The tour guide told us many stories that happened in the streets we walked through. The other girls were still having their own makeup party. What a crazy bunch!

我们晚餐吃的塔帕斯（一种西班牙特色的餐前小吃）。我最爱有螃蟹的那种。只看照片，你就会感觉太美味了！晚上我们去外面逛了逛。导游跟我们讲了很多关于这条街的故事。而其他女孩都去参加她们的化妆晚会了！真是一群疯狂的人啊！

Day 10 (第十天）

The time flew by like running water. Finally, it is time to say good bye.

I will miss my warm host family and Málaga, the city that brought us so much joy and unforgettable experiences.

Hello, Beijing!

时间飞逝。马上就该说再见了！我会想念我的寄宿家庭还有马拉加，这个带给我们难忘的美好回忆的城市。

你好，北京！
